RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Window

United States, Canada, and Mexico:
Customers may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

European Union Countries:
Customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving their purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at yousolutionstore@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Once a return request is approved, we will provide the customer with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
